Here is the draft programme of the SOFIMUN event in the period 23-30 July 2011 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

IMPORTANT:

- Please, note that your presence during the conference is obligatory, including Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

- Please, note that the official dress code for participants during the conference sessions (09:30- 18:30) is FORMAL. The dress code for the gala evenings is ELEGANT.

 

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:

During the conference days, the participants in the 4th edition of SOFIMUN will have a number of additional events, added to the events program, such as:

- Academic lectures and guest lectors

- Receptions

- Cultural events - Sofia Sight Seeing Tour

- Round tables and lectures

- Initiatives with the active participation of the delegates

- As another addition to the program in its non-official part, after the daily sessions, parties for SOFIMUN participants will be organized and 2 official gala dinners will be provided.

SATURDAY (23 July 2011)

10:30 - 16:00 Arrival of participants, receiving of welcome packages and check in hotel. (Mandatory) - at airport, bus-station or train-station - destination is "HEMUS Hotel"
16:00 - 17:00 Preparation of the delegates for the evening (at your own discretion) - Dress code: FORMAL
17:00 - 17:30 Walk to the opening ceremony venue
17:30 - 17:50 Registration
18:00 - 19:30 Opening ceremony and introduction of the SOFIMUN event - schedule, secretariat, committees, speeches, letters from dignatories (Mandatory)
19:30 - 19:45 Walk to the Gala Dinner Venue
19:45 - 20:00 Arrival at Gala Dinner Venue (Mandatory)
